Harrison History Prize

Congratulations to Hannah Critchley and Keira Harrison on winning the 'Harrison History Award' this year. They both wrote wonderful pieces on local history in Lichfield and won joint first prize. 

The Harrison History Award

Chris P Harrison, a former Sixth Form student at King Edward VI School, Lichfield in 1968 set up 'The Harrison History Award' to encourage students academically, and reward the best submissions with a monetary prize to go towards equipment for their studies. Mr Harrison received an Academic Honour and went on to study History at Pembroke College, Oxford.
