We are proud to offer a wide range of local, residential and overseas trips to enhance the curriculum. There are many different opportunities available to all year groups, some examples of our recent trips are below.

2024 Spring Term Trips
Symphony Hall
A-level music students had an amazing evening at Symphony Hall. This will enhance their music studies as well as being a fantastic opportunity to experience live orchestra in a renowned concert hall.
ASDAN Lichfield Cathedral Visit
A fabulous visit to Lichfield Cathedral. Students enjoyed a preparatory session followed by a tour.
Snowdome Ice skating Trip
We are pleased so many of year 9 chose to join us on the two ice-skating visits to the snowdome. Plenty of fun had by all and some interesting moves.
ASDAN Thinktank
A great visit to the Birmingham ThinkTank Museum for the ASDAN group. Workshops, lunch and free time in the Museum.
Schools Speaking Competition
A great experience for Scarlett, Charlie and Evie taking part in the Sir Michael Fabricant and Arthur Price of England Public Speaking Awards at the Guildhall. Really clear arguments and measured responses. Well done to Charlie who won the award for the evenings best speech.
Geography Lichfield Tours
We are so lucky to have Jono Tourism in Lichfield! Another invaluable tour of the city for Year 13 students to support their AQA Changing Places Unit.
Othello Theatre Trip to london
Our Year 12 group who went to see Othello in London before the Easter break had a fantastic visit.
Ski Trip to Bardonecchia
A group of year 9 students flew to Milan in the Easter holidays to go skiing in Bardonecchia. They had ski lessons and free time on the slopes for about 5 hours every day, group activities in the evenings, a shopping trip, meal out at a pizzeria and an awards evening on the last day.
"The skiing was amazing, there were loads of different runs to do down the mountain which were quite challenging, but lots of fun."
2023 Autumn Term Trips
Harper Adams Service Children's Progression (SCiP) Event
Students went to Harper Adams for a SCiP Hub Event.
Blencathra, The Lake District
Our A Level geography students visited Blencathra on a residential trip.
Staffordshire Safeguarding Children's Board Conference
A group of students enjoyed contributing at the Staffordshire Safeguarding Children Board's Conference.
Digbeth
Our Year 10 geography students visited Digbeth in Birmingham to complete their regeneration fieldwork.
Star City
Our Year 13 students attended an economics revision workshop at Star City.
Hawthorn House Music Visit
Our music students performed beautifully to the residents of Hawthorn House. Using their musical skills to bring some Christmas joy to others.
Nottingham Trent University
A great visit to Nottingham Trent University for our A-level PE students. Presentations, practical sessions and a tour were all well received.
Paris
Our Year 13 Art and French students went to Paris on a residential trip. Below are a few video highlights.
